1. How long does delivery usually take?When you order your product from the Plumzzy website, the product is usually dispatched within 30 minutes and the delivery to your address as fast as in 1 hour maximum. The maximum may be 6 hours. You can ask our customer support for details regarding shipment and delivery or track your latest order.

2. How do I track my shipment order?After placing your order, you will receive a notification from our customer support containing your tracking details and the expected delivery time of your order. You can also visit the website and contact our customer support via live chat and call or email for the same.

3. How much does it cost for shipping?The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please check your order summary on the website to understand the shipping costs for individual products.

Can I modify the shipping address or mobile number of my order after it has been placed?Unfortunately, that is not currently possible since the system would have already passed the shipping address and mobile number to our warehouse to pack and ship your order. But in that situation, you can always cancel an order and place a new order again. If not able to cancel the order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

6. What should I do if my payment fails?Make the payment again after ensuring the details you have entered are correct, including shipping addresses, account details, and passwords. If you are still unable to do so, choose the Cash on Delivery payment option. Moreover, if your amount is debited from your bank account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7–10 business days.

10. Can I return my order if my area is not serviceable for return?Once the product is delivered to you, there are many different ways to return it. 7. What are no questions asked returns?Plumzzy offers an interesting and convenient way to return your products. Any product you buy from our website is eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery without you having to state any reasons for return at all!

8. How long will the refund take post-cancellation?Once you request the cancellation of your product, it will take a maximum of 7–10 business days for the respective bank to process the refund.

5. What can I return?You may request returns for all products you buy from the Plumzzy website. However, you are eligible to return the product within 7 days from the delivery date without any questions asked and the reasons stated but make sure it would not violate our return policy.

You just need to click on the "Return" button and fill the mandate credentials and the return will be initiated. The item is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the product is not damaged, defective and different from the original one.

13. How do I cancel my order before delivery?Cancelling an order on the Plumzzy website is quite easy. You just need to log into your account and contact our live support and tell reason for cancellation we will do it for you right away.

11. Can I cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order until we start processing it (within 24-48 hours). When your order is in "order confirmed status," it is eligible for cancellation. Once the order is dispatched, you need to receive and return the order. Contact customer support for the same and provide the mandatory credentials.
